We thank you for shopping at Blue Sage Clothing and ask that you read our terms and conditions so that you are aware of your rights before making any purchases with Blue Sage Clothing.

Blue Sage Clothing reserves the right to amend, add or remove any information on this site at any time without notice.

These terms and conditions shall be binding upon the customer, and acceptance of these terms and conditions will be taken to have commenced upon checkout and payment of goods from Blue Sage Clothing by the customer.

Purchase Price

All prices quoted on Blue Sage Clothing are expressed in Australian dollars and include GST.

Blue Sage Clothing reserves the right to change the quoted price as it sees fit without notice to the customer.


At Blue Sage Clothing we understand that credit card protection is very important to our customers. We provide a very safe and secure website for all our customers to make their purchases. We accept payment via Paypal, after pay and bank transfer. Payment by credit card can be made through Paypal.

Details will be provided upon checkout of the customers sale.

What is Afterpay?



Blue Sage Clothing offers shipping Australia wide at a flat rate of $8.00. International orders are at a flat rate of $25 per order. Please contact us should you require express post.

Blue Sage Clothing will send the customers items as soon as payment has cleared. Items are normally sent out within 3 business days, unless otherwise communicated to the customer.

Items will be sent via Australia Post and Blue Sage Clothing will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Please ensure that the correct address is entered upon check out as Blue Sage Clothing is not obliged to cover the cost of resending items to the correct address.

Stock Availability

Blue Sage Clothing reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason if the product is not available for any reason.

In the event that an item is out of stock, Blue Sage Clothing will contact the customer to confirm if the customer would like it to be ordered in from the supplier. This may add an additional week to the delivery of the customer’s order.


Blue Sage Clothing wants to ensure that our customers are 100% happy with their online shopping experience. As such Blue Sage Clothing has implemented the following returns policy for all customers who make an online purchase.

Any item purchased online from Blue Sage Clothing at full price may be returned and the customer will be able to exchange the item or receive a credit note which is valid for 6 months (postage charges are not refundable) provided the following conditions have been adhered to –

  • The item is shipped back to Blue Sage Clothing within 7 days of purchase. The cost of the return postage is at the customer’s expense and it is highly recommended that a trackable postage method be used. Blue Sage Clothing will not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
  • All returned items must be in the original saleable condition. Original condition means tags attached, unworn and unwashed. Items that smell of perfume or deodorant, or have make up marks on them will automatically be returned to the customer at the customers expense and no exchange or credit note will be issued. Please be extra careful when trying on newly purchased items for sizing.
  • All returned items MUST be accompanied by proof of purchase.

In the event of a manufacturing fault, Blue Sage Clothing will make every attempt to replace the item with a new identical item. If this is not possible, a full refund will be made to the customer once the item has been inspected and provided the item has been returned to Blue Sage Clothing within 14 days.

Refunds will be made by the same method that the customer paid Blue Sage Clothing.

When Blue Sage Clothing receives a returned item, the customer will be notified by email that we received their item. We aim to process all returns within 4 business days. The customer will receive another email from Blue Sage Clothing advising them of the outcome of the return, either confirming a credit note, any postage and handling charges or the expected delivery of an exchanged item.

In the event that the customer has ordered the wrong size, we ask that the customer please contact Blue Sage Clothing immediately so the right size may be put aside for them.

Items bought on sale are not refundable. Items bought at the Mega Boxing Day Sale are final. No exchanges or refunds will be offered.
